CSP is the first Retail Pro partner in Pakistan to receive the official Retail Pro Customization Training that was held at our office in Lahore, Pakistan from 30th July to 2nd August, 2018.

Retail Pro is one of the world’s best retail management and Point of Sale software systems, featuring end-to-end retail management. In Pakistan, it is represented by CSP in our capacity as a Business Partner as well as a Development Partner.

Retail Pro International along with a number of its Business Partners participated in Seamless Retail Middleast 2018 in April, 2018. The 2-day event attracted a large audience of serious retailers from across the Middle East, Africa and South Asian regions.

The event was followed by an exclusive Retail Pro partner meet at RPI office in Dubai. Partners of the region discussed their business plans with Alexandra Frith, Director Marketing and Bevin Manian, VP Middle East & Europe, Retail Pro.

The meet was attended by our CEO, Arsalan Ijaz Anwer and our Head of Sales, Ahmar Taufique. They stressed the need for special pricing and better discounts for the Pakistani market. Retail is a growing market in Pakistan and all retailers struggle with inventory and POS issues as they grow. A few successful case studies of Retail Pro implementations in Pakistan were discussed and showcased.

In closing, Retail Pro appreciated the fact that CSP had won strategic key accounts like Chase Up Shopping City, Chen One and DVAGO in as little as 4 months of its partnership. Although young in its RP partnership, the 2 decades of retail experience that CSP brings to the table is of value to RPI.

Members of the CSP team took part in the Retail Pro SysExpo held in Dubai in September, 2017. During the 8-day event, the team attended trainings on Retail Pro Prism and Retail Pro Decisions. The event was widely attended by Retail Pro partners from the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Far East regions.

During the training and the Certification Exam, CSP emerged as the top-ranking Retail Pro Partner in the region not only in terms of the marks attained in the exam (100% & 98%) but also in terms of the hands-on experience that the team demonstrated.

The team received special mention by Ket Venethongkham, Director Retail Pro University thus enabling recognition for Pakistan and emerging as a valuable player in the Retail Pro ec0-system.

In the Retail Pro Prism Certification Exam held in Dubai, UAE in September 2017, members of the CSP team bagged highest scores (100% and 98%), making CSP the highest scoring in the region!

It is pertinent to mention here that CSP is one of the only few partners in the region and the ONLY partner in Pakistan to have hands-on implementation experience on the latest version – Retail Pro Prism. At the time of this certification exam, the team had had no prior formal training on this version and yet had successfully implemented some of the most complex and demanding projects in Pakistan such as Pepsi Dining Center, LUMS and HTL Express.
