CSP brings home PAKISTAN’s FIRST EVER Retail Pro Award!

Retail Pro International, a global leader in Retail Management Software has awarded its Service Excellence Award for Middle East & Africa, 2019 to a Pakistani company, its authorized business partner, Computing Solutions Pvt Ltd. Retail Pro has been powering Pakistan’s retail market for over 15 years and has seen a healthy growth in this market. However this is the first time that a Pakistani partner has claimed this award. The Service Excellence Award is based on feedback from customers and Retail Pro’s own qualitative evaluation of a partner’s service levels. It is a matter of great pride that Computing Solutions has qualified for this award in the very first year of its Retail Pro partnership.

On April 4-6, 2019, Retail Pro International successfully organized its ‘Retail Pro Global Council 2019‘ in Miami, Florida. The RPGC is an event organized to bring together partners from across the globe for the purpose of strategic unity and growth. Partners’ field insights are taken into consideration for shaping the future of Retail Pro.

Post upgrade ceremony at Pepsi Dining Center – LUMS. Successfully serving nearly 5000 customers every day on Retail Pro Prism for the 3rd year now. Successfully upgraded from Prism 1.5 to 1.11!

The ceremony was graced by Mr. Faisal Kheiri, Head of IST, LUMS and Mr. Junaid, Manager Pepsi Dining Center along with their respective teams who took part in the upgrade project.

Members of the CSP team took part in the Retail Pro SysExpo held in Dubai in September, 2017. During the 8-day event, the team attended trainings on Retail Pro Prism and Retail Pro Decisions. The event was widely attended by Retail Pro partners from the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Far East regions.

During the training and the Certification Exam, CSP emerged as the top-ranking Retail Pro Partner in the region not only in terms of the marks attained in the exam (100% & 98%) but also in terms of the hands-on experience that the team demonstrated.

The team received special mention by Ket Venethongkham, Director Retail Pro University thus enabling recognition for Pakistan and emerging as a valuable player in the Retail Pro ec0-system.

In the Retail Pro Prism Certification Exam held in Dubai, UAE in September 2017, members of the CSP team bagged highest scores (100% and 98%), making CSP the highest scoring in the region!

At the time of this certification exam, the team had had no prior formal training on this version and yet had successfully implemented some of the most complex and demanding projects in Pakistan such as Pepsi Dining Center, LUMS and HTL Express.
